Bed and Breakfasts are all so unique and filled with endless personal touches. Guests love to purchase prints of where they were staying as a reminder of what made their vacation so memorable. The 11 X 14 size painting can easily be made into prints and note cards.
 

Bars and restaurant owners know their patrons love souvenirs! Why not put a painting of your establishment on T-shirts as well as offering prints to remind them of their experience? This is also a great and inexpensive way to advertise!
 

If you are remodeling your house; before and after paintings let you compare the original property to your new makeover! This is one of my favorite examples:

I can also paint your favorite view from your home as well:

1) I need a photograph taken either at 10:00 Am or 2:00 Pm in bright sunlight of your favorite angle of the property. These hours will produce the best shadows necessary for optimum results. From that exact spot I will also need zooms of all detailed areas as well.

2) A deposit of 50% is required once we decide on the size and price (either via phone or email) after I have received your photos.

3) On your approval of the final line drawing the balance is due for completion of your painting.

Pricing is according to the amount of detail involved, for example a ranch style house is a lot less labor intensive than a victorian mansion.
